Imagine - Labradorite and Indigo Kyanite butterfly statement necklace. This butterfly is made with Labradorite for the wings and the body is a natural Indigo Kyanite crystal. There is a little bit of flash within the Labradorite and the Indigo Kyanite is a deep blue color.
The pendant is on a stainless steel cable chain and it measures 18.5" in length. The chain has an extender so it can go to 20" in total.
I use the same technique that is used in doing stained glass. The jewelry is made from a copper base with jewelry grade, silver solder layered over it. The soldering is done directly onto the stone by hand.
I put a lot of texture in the metalwork. I have darkened it with patina and polished the finished pendant.
There is no nickel or harmful metals here.
